SHIPPING
All orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM are attempted to be shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, longer processing times may occur, but we always strive to ship your order within 1–4 business days after ordering.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number from the chosen carrier.
SONA COPENHAGEN delivers worldwide. The typical delivery time is 2–6 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method and delivery address.
SONA COPENHAGEN cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter and contact the carrier.
In case of refused delivery or failure to pick up a package (e.g., from GLS), resulting in a return to us, a fee of 90 DKK will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
We strive to ensure that our stock status is up to date. Should an item be sold out, or if significant errors occur in the product description, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible.
RETURNS
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day we ship your order. If you wish to return an item, Please contact us directly: Returns@sonacph.dk
We accept returns of both new and discounted items, provided the item is returned unused, with all original tags, and in intact packaging.
Once we have received and processed your return, it may take up to 10 business days before the refund appears in your account. The amount is refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be approved for refund and will be discarded during quality control without compensation.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a return or exchange. We cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrectly delivered items.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you shop at SONA COPENHAGEN, we only collect the personal information necessary to process your order and deliver your goods. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and do not share your information with third parties without your consent. You can read more in our privacy policy.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and any dispute shall be settled by Danish courts.
