Delivery times and prices

Denmark:

Delivery in Denmark takes 1-3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order and an email when the order has been shipped. You will be notified by both SMS and email when your order is ready for pickup at the parcel shop.

All orders are shipped with GLS and delivered via these three options in Denmark:

- GLS Parcel shop - 29 DKK - Free for purchases over 499 DKK
- GLS Business - 29 DKK - Free for purchases over 499 DKK
- GLS Private - 49 DKK

Track & Trace

When you receive your order confirmation, you will also receive a tracking number.
You can track your order easily via email.

EU:

Delivery outside Denmark usually takes 5-7 working days.

WORLDWIDE:

Delivery outside Europe usually takes 7-10 working days.

The shipping price is calculated before payment. Note: Delivery times are indicative. There may be longer delivery times during busy periods or unforeseen delays with the shipping company. SONACPH does not refund shipping costs on your order.
